Volunteering:
Dancemakers is looking for volunteers to help with TWOBYFOUR: A Festival of Duets. Shows will be running from January 17 - 28 at Dancemakers Centre for Creation and we need some awesome people to help with welcoming our guests, pouring a few drinks, and selling some tickets for each of the shows.

If you haven’t volunteered with Dancemakers in the past, no worries. There will be a Dancemakers representative at every show to welcome, train, and assist you with all of the assigned Front of House duties. We will also endeavour to match new volunteers with our existing volunteers to ensure you have the best experience possible.

By volunteering with us, in addition to supporting the presentation of new contemporary dance work in Toronto, you'll also have the opportunity to watch the performance each evening.

Furthermore, any volunteers that are artists in the community can put their shifts towards complimentary studio rental space.  For every two shifts worked, two hours of studio time will be awarded. If you are a dancer, we are also offering studio class hours to our volunteers as well. More information about the Dancemakers company classes can be found on our website here.

We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds to come and support our brilliant dancers, our very special guest choreographers, and most importantly, our audience members that look to Dancemakers for engaging and enlightening dance.
